We were delighted to help the Picasso Museum in Paris organize a symposium to mark the 50th anniversary of Pablo Picasso’s death. The event took place over 2 days in the Unesco buildings in Paris.

Event organization

As part of the symposium organized by the Musée Picasso in Paris, our agency handled the complete management of speakers during this prestigious event. We also supervised the set-up and harmonization of presentation materials, ensured the dispatch of practical information kits for speakers, and managed badges for all participants.

Graphics creation

For this symposium, the visual identity, initially based on a bright pink chosen by the museum, was enriched by the addition of soft, pastel shades, bringing a harmonious balance to the graphic charter.

This visual identity was also applied to a variety of media, including the program, badges, floor signage, kakemonos and the mobile application. The whole package was designed to offer a seamless, coherent experience throughout this exceptional day.

Mobile app

To provide a seamless, accessible experience, we developed a mobile application specially dedicated to the Picasso symposium. The app gave participants easy access to the program for the day, speaker biographies and a map of the venue. A truly practical tool, it provided instant access to all essential information.
