For the past 10 years, we’ve had the pleasure of helping Esh organize their annual general meetings. From event organization to service provider management, scenography, graphics and computer graphics, this was a 360° project that enabled all the Agency’s departments to work together.
Event organization
For the annual general meetings of the Esh federation, we provide support from scenographic design to technical management, including support for speakers and organization of the awards ceremony.
We also manage participants and all on-site logistics, ensuring that the event runs smoothly. Thanks to this comprehensive and controlled approach, these annual general meetings take place every year in the best possible conditions, offering participants a structured and immersive setting.
Graphics creation
Every year, the graphics studio imagines a whole graphic universe to bring the AGM to life.
