The « Fédration des Entreprises Sociales pour l’Habitat » (Federation of Social Housing Companies) is a national trade organization for companies working in the field of social housing in France. Each year, the Federation organizes an event bringing together members, elected representatives, political figures and a panel of building industry experts to discuss current issues.

The afternoon is punctuated by three workshops, offering participants a forum for discussion and enriching debate. In addition to organizing and coordinating the event, we also provide live coverage, enabling exchanges to be broadcast in real time.

Event organization

In the run-up to the event, our project managers took care of all the preparations: location scouting, selection of service providers, monitoring of invitations, and preparation of set-up and tear-down by the technical teams.

On the scenography side, a set was designed to dress the main stage. In each of the workshops, the graphic elements of the event were displayed on several totems.

On the day of the event, our two project managers were responsible for coordinating the technical set-up, briefing the team of hosts and hostesses, and overseeing the reception and catering.

Graphics creation

Each year, it’s an occasion for graphic designer’s studio to imagine a all graphic universe to animate et giving life to this yearly event. We realize all type of supports: name’s tag, powerpoint’s template, scenography, videos loop and goodies.

Audiovisual production

For this event, our client wished have a video capture of each moment: the plenary, and 3 collaboratives workshops. The event’s day, we coordinated technical teams, then ,we collected all video’s rushes and made the video editing with it.
