IN EXTENSO

We designed the entire visual identity for the event, in harmony with its theme and venue. The emblematic red and black colors were given pride of place. The logo, directly inspired by the Stade Toulousain coat of arms, reinforces immersion and extends the visual experience. The graphic charter, dynamic, sporty and striking, was designed to convey a strong, lasting message. Finally, the notion of “Club” was integrated to create a real sense of belonging, bringing employees together around a unifying moment and shared values.

In the run-up to the convention, we came up with a rugby-themed event concept and focused all our research on this theme: graphic identity, service providers, entertainment, speeches, etc. For the plenary session, we helped our customer to manage the proceedings and organize the speeches.

On the day of the event, our on-stage moderator ensured that the timing was respected and that the exchanges flowed smoothly, while adopting a candid posture at times, to ensure that the speech was clearly understood by the employees.

As for the reception, hosted by the Stade Toulousain itself, we immersed the staff in a post-match atmosphere: decoration, lighting, music, scarves around the neck, etc.
