We organized the 2024 yearly meetup of Domofrance. This important meetup put 775 peoples together for a sharing day. Program: An inspiring plenary around transform thematic followed by a dancing night to finish the year with a convivial atmosphere.
Graphic design & red thread
After an initial briefing, we defined the theme of the convention: transformation. Based on this theme, we created the naming for the event, as well as a logo to accompany the entire convention. In this logo, transformation is symbolized by the movement of the “O”: the first “O” disappears to make way for a second, illustrating the major changes Domofrance is undergoing this year.
Event organization
Before to the event, we researched service providers (band, DJ, photographer, caterer, videographer, photo animations, hostesses), ensuring that they perfectly meet the customer’s expectations. We also defined the technical requirements, such as sound and lighting, while monitoring the project with the creative studio and the customer, organizing regular reporting meetings.
During the event, we supervised the technical set-up and installation of the service providers, welcomed the customer and guests, and ensured that the convention ran smoothly.
